    • Community Connections/Engagement – We believe that the quality of a person’s life is predicated on their having relationships with others, especially people who are not paid to be there. Therefore, we work very hard at connecting the people we serve to places, events and people in the larger community.

    • Partnerships/Collaboration – We do not strive to be all things to all people. Therefore, we invest in partnerships. Some partnerships seem obvious and inevitable. Others take a little more creativity to pull off! In addition to partnering with governmental and healthcare organizations, we have a reputation for being a premier internship site for students at AIMS Community College and the University of Northern Colorado. Other partners include the Aging and Disability Resource Coalition as well as other agencies who provide the same services that we do.

    • Reliability/Consistency – We work very hard at making sure that our services are consistently high in quality. Investment in training is a high priority and our staffing model is one of slight overstaffing in order to provide continuity of services to residents amid the constant ebb and flow of staff absences due to illness or vacation. We have a committed team of staff who are focused on continuous quality improvement.
